Employment law
Our specialisation employment law falls under the label SPLNTR.
Employment law can best be described as the area of law regarding all situations surrounding the work place and the relationship between the employer and the employee. Employment law deals with, for example, the employment agreement, the work conditions and the work environment. But of course it also deals with the manner in which an employment agreement can be terminated, either individually or collectively.
With SPLNTR you will find the specialized employment law lawyer you are looking for, either to advise you, or to handle the legal proceedings for you. We work for employers, employees as well as statutory directors.
Lawyer and co-founder of the law firm LEGAL LABELS, mr. Jelle Splinter, has many years of experience and has specialized in employment law. Jelle has finished successfully the post graduate course of employment law at the university of Leiden and is a member of various specialisation organisations, among which the Association of employment lawyer VAAN (in Dutch: Vereniging voor Arbeidsrechtadvocaten Nederland).
